You were ON this year Joel The Crossover booth was nonstop excitement all weekend. So glad I got the two S7 Mongolions. Your customs at the S7 signing were so nice. Sorry I missed out on Joel-Con preview. I need to start taking naps so I don't miss all the night time craziness.

 

That was indeed fun. I love the mini skull head guys and the protective roof tiles.
The Drunk Seijin was a custom gift from Kirkland.

Should have bought them all while I had the chance.

the new RxH sculpts are awesome. the masters are carved out of wood by a friend of Mori's named Mirock... that's why it has that angular look.

 

Did anyone pick up a Chaos Q? I was sondering how many there were and if they were all one offs?

 

I estimate he brought around 10-12 over, they all looked like one offs but only Don would be able to confirm if that was the case (they also sold a bunch a couple of weeks before at Wonderfest I believe).

They were a great price ($40-45?) but I'd already got the blank and Ichibanboshi versions enroute so passed on 'em).

 

I remember seeing a bunch of the ChaosQ's in the back of the booth, and I don't think they were all one offs. Regardless, very cool toy- I want more of them now.

 

I believe there were 6 (?) different colorways on GID vinyl (black n gold, green n black, metallic magenta n gold, orange n cream n black, blue n black, yellow n orange n cream n black), and approximately 8 of each colorway.

These were really sweet

 

Interesting stuff, thanks Kirkland. That actually makes me appreciate the figures more. It's the character morphing to match the medium!

 

I for one would enjoy seeing some pics of these Chaos Q's from SDCC.

Thanks for the heads up. Wish I could order a ton and get as many as possible different colors but I aint no Uncle Money Sacks.

If I went to SDCC I think I'd easily unload most my money on the RxH stuff. Even the big "Men" series (chaos man, fly man, whatever) which I'm not into at all sold me from the pics I saw this year. Other than Gargs big Deathra this stuff was top choice.

 

i totally agree jeff , it wasn't until the sdcc pics dropped that i really "got" the full sized rxh dudes , they looked great .. now i want a bunch of them!

and at what , $65 a pop? that was a really good price
