    Pressure Casting HELP!
Whats up folks. I need some help. I just got a pressure pot and a air compressor to do some pressure casting. My problem is that Im not quite sure how to set it up. Is there any way someone could take a pic of theirs or just explain how they hooked it up. I have looked all over youtube and there is lots of info on Pressure Casting but none on how to set it up.

I have a harbor freight 2.5 gal and a pancake compressor

Hello mr hair, can't be much to it mate. I think there might be some old thread on here about that. Havnt tried it myself. But at a guess I would say you just connect the compressor via a hose and connector to the pressure tank and pressurise to required psi/kpa. Your Pressure tank will have a pressure dial and release valve.
Not sure if I'm missing anything. Have a go.
Actually we did try this once with compressor and an old aquarium. Aquariums don't have release valves.

There are three holes on top.
The center one is the handle.
Plug one of them and hook everything up to the other.
Plug one side of the black valve and put the gauge in one and a connection for the hose in the other. The black gauge goes into the silver elbow (pressure release valve).
You will also need some sort of shut-off valve between the hose and the black valve so you can shut it on and off easily.
You only need 40-50 psi and the valve kicks out at about 55 psi.
    Have fun!
