PUSHEAD with TAKESHIT SDCC 2012 by toybot studios, on Flickr Wow!..That sure looks good. I think it might be the best paint application for this sculpt.
what happened to the gold glitter blank feet that were shown a couple days ago? is this fink on that vinyl base? and what is HS's involvement since it was on his blog?
Wasn't into it when I thought it was gold, but the unpainted copper version is immaculate Then again, I'm heavily biased towards copper.
It's totally Ignorant!! There's no reason for hype to get to that level it's ridiculous... I sometimes wonder if there are a bunch of really well off jerk offs whose whole mission in life is to make this hobby something the average Joe can not partake in.
I prefer to ignore this(although typing this shows otherwise). I think that talking about and showing this off only fuels the hype and helps people justify selling and buying them for crazy high prices. Talk about why you love or hate the toy and leave it at that.
That has nuthin' to do with hype! News of this toy's release was kept under wraps until the last minute intentionally to avoid hype. Since dropping at SDCC it has gone virtually unmentioned on any blogs, forums or websites. Asshats posting endless inane teasers, circle jerk fanboy shenanigans, (not very) secret lotteries and artists pimping sales of their latest shit are what generate hype. This is just the result of some dude with OCD and way too many $$$!
Sometimes I think when it comes to auctions like these there are malicious bidders out there who don't want the toy, they just want others to pay.
