What was the name of this toy and the company?

(I am not talking about the recent Skull Toys suit)

Youve gotta play a little seek and destroy.Im not positive but i belivev S7 or YJA are probably your best bets..

 

HOTTROD's pic above with the Devil suited Henshin and the Smoked coloured Neo Henshin shows real well why the suits won't fit on the Neo Henshin body. Pretty different.
