Yeah I actually was hoping there wasn't going to be any new pirates or captains this year so I would be spared the agony. But Nooooo, of course, in my favorite colors too.... That captain... Damn.

The Pushead event was amazing, as ever, and I'm so stoked I was able to snag one of the last FS's. He and his crew really put alot of work and passion into these shows, and it's nice to see all of the happy people appreciating it. These gettogethers are the reason why I love these toys so much, and make mulling over my collection a wonderful exercise in reminiscence.
Neither mine BUT if the production value is the same as the stormtrooper jumbo (and I can't think of any reason to doubt) count me in from day one!
When was the last time a Pushead HP was flipped right after Comic Con? I can't remember one. Maybe years later, but that is even rare.

Looks like we'll be seeing more than just Prime: "Super7 teams up with Hasbro to bring the most popular Japanese giant robots of all time to the Super Shogun format! OPTIMUS PRIME and other Autobots and Decipticons will be realized as jumbo-scaled, 24” tall retro-bot complete with rocket punch!" Definitely looking forward to seeing these, just not sure if they'll be for me.
I seem to remember something from NYCC '11 (viewtopic.php?f=6&t=40636&start=325&hilit=flipper+pushead) but am not really willing to spend time going through 15 pages to find it, so let's say you're right and I'm just a cynical misanthrope indeed.
