Great advertisement??? On;y if I sell mine which I won't!!! Remember people,ebay does not dictate what a figure is worth ...only what someone is willing to pay for it. I got a copper chrome and i am very lucky/fortunate,etc but if i did not get it I don't think for a second that I would pay over 1K for it. A rare hand paint maybe but not a new piece like that!!!
It's (the Copper) gonna go higher than anyone here is willing to pay...at least I hope... this is insane, really...why not try to gauge the real demand of a given design, and then fill these to order? I know that idea has holes, but at least this way there's some accountability...and then you lose on future releases if you flip... still, I guess that's what happened with the HSP, and this shit still happened...hurm. lalon
crazy but not nearly as crazy as it could have been. the funny thing is there are fewer copper's than hsp's and it went for way less. i guess you could argue that the hsp's are each unique...i dunno!?
It was $676. I suspect that it may have to do with the hand painted aspect, as that makes it more of an "art" piece.
I don't know if you can use that HSP auction as a basis for value on all of them....that auction became a bidding war between a couple of people with DEEP pockets.
