Well, there are toys from a couple of companies on the front page. If you dig through the site you'll find a couple of pages with some familiar products and sites, like these: http://www.obitsu.co.jp/shoukai/figure/fr_figure3.html http://www.obitsu.co.jp/link/fr_link.html
gold looks better on the bee and the logo make the whole thing. i'm sure the quality will be crap though going off the barb...if not i guess i have more to be happy about.
Thanks heaps Roger! Finally some love! I never should have doubted RFSO (but I was worried there for a bit). Cheers Rich
To make Japanese Vinyl you need an 'in' with someone as they have limited production capability and are truly sorta 'in house only'. to make stuff in China all u need is cash...lots of it. Garageworks will now work direct, as well as 3zero..they are 2 of the better quality manus as well. garageworks makes all the bounty hunter stuff and Jarvis etc. e
They take orders from serious outfits that are big enough for it to be worth their time. Think about thousands of pieces. Otherwise, you work with someone they sell to.
So after getting my chrome barbarian I have to say I won't pick up any more of the metal pieces SB puts out. Far worse than I could have even imagined, bubbling chrome, what looks like finger prints, and chips. Just crap all over.
Chroming vinyl sucks . . . for optimum results it appears a more rigid ABS plastic is required (a'la metallic Dummys) . . . unfortunately ABS also sucks!
My chrome Barbarian looks really nice, but I did get a FC point card Barrbarian that had some fxxked up paint on his mask Very upsetting.
Well in a way thats somewhat of a relief to me. I was suspecting that the Japan customers were getting the pick of the litter and the overseas clientel were getting the left overs.
