    Spectreman episodes
okay, so I've been talking about tokusatsu shows on dvd for a while now http://www.skullbrain.org/bb/viewtopic.php?t=1300&highlight=toku and have been trying to come up with some halfway decent covers so they aren't just generic DVD-Rs, but I've come to the conclusion that my photoshop skills are just not up to par yet (I'm still learning). so I've decided to stop putting it off and just put up a list of some of the shows I have and see who's interested in what, if at all.

I figured I'd start with Spectreman, because it (and subsequently the toys of it's monsters) seem to be somewhat of a hit around here.

some things I should probably point out:

    - All episodes are in Japanese with no subtitles. most likely that's probably the only way they'll ever be available, with the exception of a few lucky shows that have been subtitled or fansubbed (newer shows mostly)

    - All sales would be on a fan to fan basis. All I'm really looking to do is make episodes of awesome shows that I love available to people who want to see them, because sometimes they aren't the easiest to find in good quality. if anything would get released here in the US, I would obviously stop making them available through me and you'd have to buy the real deal (which you would want to anyway).

    - The format would be DVD-R, so if you would want to watch on a standalone player you'd need to make sure it can play them. or you could watch in your computer.

-Unfortunately, I can't really mix and match episodes. I don't have everything uploaded onto my computer, don't have the room to do that, and don't really intend to, so I'd just have to pull them from original sources how they are. that means the number of episodes per disc would vary, usually somewhere between 4-7 or something in that range.

As far as price, I was thinking maybe like $6 plus shipping, which if you'd want multiple discs could be combined. is that fair? I just want to cover the cost of the DVD-R, a simple plain jewel case to keep them scratch free, packaging to mail them in , and then maybe a little left over for my time. let me know what you guys think about that. if people are into it and want to see some other stuff I have (and I'm always trying to buy more!) I would love to make up some nicer covers to fit into standard DVD cases (and if anyone with better graphic design skills would want to help that would be awesome).

so anyway, if anyone is interested in Spectreman episodes, PM me or send me an email and I'll send you a list of the discs I have and can go into detail about which episodes are on which volume and all that.

and if no one is interested and I don't get any kind of response, I'll shut up about this once and for all.

    I promise
