Star Wars Day at the Giants Game

I went. They really integrated the Star Wars theme throughout the game. Just before game time, the jumbotron showed a spoof of the opening crawl from the SW films: "Right here, right now..." and then a crawl that started "It is a time of division rivalry...", etc., etc. When a Giants player was at the plate, the photo of him on the big screen showed him in Jedi robes. They played the Imperial March when the umpires first took the field and they were escorted by Stormtroopers. There were lots of other little touches that made it a pretty fun day even though the Giants inept offense let another game get away.

Mangakaben was sitting behind me, but I didn't see anyone else from Skullbrain there.
