I wonder how effective blocking packages from Japan will be at stopping mail bombs, but you have to figure there are at least a handful of Al Qaeda otaku running around the country.
this is some crazy nonsense...good thin gI don't have any money to buy anything from Japan right now.
PANICPANICPANICPAN.....OH......oh.....wait.....thanks for the info Ben. ALL CLEAR, EVERYONE, ALL CLEAR. We're so "American" panicing with only a small amount of info and freaking out. Are we really any better then the government goons? OK, yeah we are.
I love the way we live in an era where the most tangible terror threats have never came through normal channels, but the way the governments of the world deal with these issues is to make everyone’s life miserable. You know what the problem in the U.S. was? CIA, FBI and others didn’t cooperate and were territorial jerks. No sharing of information meant disaster. That’s your problem and solution in a nutshell. Also, folks shouldn’t freak out. Unless you know folks sending EMS or SAL from Japan as a person. It sucks, but what can you do. Still say the USPS needs to refocus just on package delivery. They do that really well, but don't seem to market it well to the world.
I love how everyone relaxes based on some alleged communication posted on 4chan (of all places). Any port in a storm. I want to see some concrete information in English on either the JPS or USPS website before I plan on hopping in the 'everything's cool' pool. I also haven't seen any webstore acknowledge the 'no name no address' part.
Well, with the US dollar to Yen exchange rate, ordering from Japan is becoming a moot point. And the feds are about to 'print up' more dollars, which will weaken the dollar even more.
I wouldn't call it panic, I think it's justified concern if the only site to post info was the actual japan post and the info given doesn't mention any thing other than if it's over a pound it cannot be shipped. Since I can't read it perfectly I am going to go ship some EMS tonight and ask. I wonder if this connected to the fact Obama was here and the next day this notification was released. Weird.
I went to the post and this is the poop I got from the guy at the window: 1. Nothing over one pound to the USA by SAL or EMS. 2. If you have an account with the post you can still send larger parcels( this is a minimum of 50 parcels a month, so the little guys are kinda screwed). 3. Post guy never heard of a no return address only items are a no go. Talked to a friend too and he brought up a good point but this is just us talking, maybe this is for the holiday season as there will be a huge influx of packages so it will much harder to regulate whats coming through. Hope thats it so after the New Year maybe back to normal??? Who know?. Conspiracy theories anyone?
Bush and Obama are the same "person": A shape shifting lizard person and they want to drive us US/Japanese toy collectors nuts so we kill ourselves and there's less of a threat because...um....er....because....I gotta go talk to David Icke to figure out, hold on.
I just had an order confirmation sent by Mandarake. When ordering, specifically because of this issue, I stated I would do DHL if EMS was not available (in the ordering notes), but they said it was only available through the Nakano store (I ordered through Shibuya) and they would set the shipping fee to EMS. I mean it was only the last glow M1 Gezora I needed so probably it just fell under the 953 gram issue, but they are shipping it EMS. I guess I'll have to wait and see the weight when it arrives etc etc.
Gen 6:4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. David Icke would like this explained.
Ahh I just looked up the Mandarake ship rates and 1500 for shipping would be up to 500 grams, so I guess I'm the clear. This has got to be painful for people who have multiple items from middlemen waiting to be shipped or heavier toys. I really hope this changes soon. I'm not going to be ordering anything that is going to fall into the quagmire of ridiculous red tape anytime soon. This country sucks so bad....I will continue to cheer for it's downfall.
You know I had the number 953 grams in my head for some reason but I just realized it's 453 grams. Hmm guess that means my package weighing 500 grams will never come to me. Mandarake insists they are shipping it EMS. Headache's appear to be the only thing I will be receiving.
Mandarake isn't necessarily a "small business" though. They may have this exemption that some companies are saying they have. We'll all just have to wait and see how this pans out.
Tell David it was the fall of the Watchers. They should not have lowered themselves to the level of men. Even Enoch's intercession could not redeem them.
