Re: Monster Gyao Pollution Damn your quick! I thought I was in the Nag thread. So that's where that quote belongs.
Re: Monster Gyao Pollution Some of these retail prices are just getting absurd. $250 for this guy? Really? When the Geboras seem to sit around in the BST for 50 bucks. Shit, I know the yen exchange sucks right now but come on. I thought the Hukkokudo retails at $160 and $190 were crazy, sheesh. Maybe it's time to find a more affordable hobby.
Re: Monster Gyao Pollution Before this thread gets totally absurd. The $250 price that I originally quoted is WRONG and did not belong in this thread. I don't know what the Monster Gyao will retail for but I doubt it will be anywhere near $250.
Re: Monster Gyao Pollution I like the Gyao but not the colors. They are too muted. What happened to this guy?
aren't those all older releases? are they re-making them all like they did the red and yellow Gameldons?
I think they are going to reissue them again. I got the m-world email this morning also. Hopefully someone will offer them affordably. Really want the Black Gamerudon.
not very exciting, how about some new colors. What about the Max Toy TE HP Gameldons, I guess that is never going to happen.
I'm thinking it's more of a situation of him having some extras from the time they were originally produced. Since one of them is our store exclusive it would be a strange move to go ahead and reproduce something like that. I don't know though... stranger things have happened.
^ Yeah I'd have to concur with that thought. I recognize pretty much all those versions of the faceless bull and it would seem highly unlikely T.E. would re-release all the same ones. Wait, they sort of did do that with the Gamerudons so I really have no clue. Perhaps an email to M-W-S is in order to get to the bottom of it...typing now.
I had forgotten about those. But Mark had warned us these may never happen. (I put off getting one of his thinking I would score a TE HP )
I translated the TE blog and it said most of these would be made in the single digits. Looks like they're reproducing several Hukkokudo pieces though here: http://sofvilife.blog.shinobi.jp/
The gamerudon on the right looks like it has potential but it's hard to decipher the paint job. The pictures are always so washed out and blurry. And it looks far from grey. More green to me.
