I just watched the final episode today- emotional stuff, has been an amazing show, possible my fovorite of all time ( other than Twin Peaks) It is simi-popular in England but has never been shown on T.V here- Just wondering how big it is in the states? I understand it still doesnt get the props it deserves? Like I said- truely amazing, If you havnt seen it you need to get on it!
stop watching the last season to rewatch the begining season on season 3 right now omar is ruthless dude such great characters in that show
The Wire is the smartest and most filler-free 60 hours of television I've ever seen. I think for that reason I've elevated it to my favorite show of all time. So far, everyone I've lent my DVD sets to have become just as enthusiastic as me. Rent or Netflix the first disc and see what you think. I thought the ending was graceful and satisfying which I can't say about some of my other favorite HBO shows. Thankfully the creative team already has a new project coming this July called Generation Kill. I'll definitely miss my fictional friends of Baltimore though. Sheeeiiiit.
that was to funny i didnt even need to go to that yourtube to know what he said what generation kill suppose to be about it funny as i was a huge OZ fan back in the day to see some of the same characters like cedric as a cop
The Wire is one of, if not the best, shows on TV in recent memory period. absolutely amazing. bummed it's over. let me know when we can start talking about it while not spoiling it for anyone that hasn't seen the last few episodes. wanna talk about Omar....
