I can't and don't want to judge his collection but what the hell I think that his shirt is...well, simply incredible
RAMPAGE TOYS visits Goto-san's Paint Shop. Stumbled across this one on the weekend. Nice to see a legend in his natural environment
Have the day off .. so I am searching youtube for toy videos.. found some more no english but who cares mandarake tv http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TCUqpnSjjh4 sofubi michi channel http://www.youtube.com/user/sofubimichi?feature=watch Kaiju blue http://www.youtube.com/user/kaijublue?feature=watch かれいどスコープ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k5ZDWa_DNHI ohiko2000 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_TxN-3CRrfw
That Mandarake one is from their sofubi appraiser. It sounds like they're saying all those boxes are filled with sofubi. What's weird is it's usually pretty quick getting a price when you sell stuff there (and it's usually pretty low...). Maybe they call the guy? But he only gets to price the toys... When he finds time? And since the toys are distributed through all their branches... Questions questions. But cool video!
old superfest video around 9 mins in you get an interview with velocitron http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nzr5SaboeOo
Good chunk of toy footage from Coop's collection around the halfway point of this.. Great video fom start to finish if you're a fan of his artwork!
No problem! I'd love to see more toy videos popping up on youtube.. The old process/update videos that Mark Nagata used to put up were great!! Apparently Rich MVH is working on a process video.. Hopefully we will get to see that soon.

Thanks Moog!! Comin through with the goods!! Any chance you (or anybody else) can track down the Bullmark dvd doco and upload it to youtube or a file sharing site??
^^ yeah, i'd like to see that too. i'd guess at zero chance of finding that online . . . . you would have to have a word with someone who owns the actual dvd and tell them how to rip it.
Wow such a strange way of assembling those figures.. filling them with cotton balls and then gluing the faces on! I guess the design of the figure doesn't allow for a neck joint, and being such an open empty space it needs some support padding?
^^ yeah, super-thin and stretchy vinyl too. Casting etc for large scale animated figures: Nakamura's Dharma collector:
