Hey has anyone seen these? I think some of them are pretty cool. Could anyone hook me up with the Kaws ones? There isn't a store near me within driving distance. PM if you can help me http://www.hypebeast.com/2007/07/simpso ... more-31145
i want the mr. cartoon ones. the kaws ones are cool as well. i'm gonna try and get a pair next saturday but 100 bones is a lot so close to SDCC
nah thats recon. huf is at sutter and jones and hayes valley. the release will most probably happen at the sutter and jones locations.
100 pairs in each style, being sold at Supreme LA? Fugeddaboutit....the kids are already lined up now.... probably. 100 pairs is crazy, these will be on ebay for $$$ for sure. I want these BAD - Scott, I NEED u to hold my place in line now...cool? Seriously, I WANT THESE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wahhhhhh!!!!
I called Huf SF and dude on the phone said they dont know when they will get these in, they might not even have them on the 14th!He said to watch the website, when theyre on the site is when they will have them in. I want these...
I want 'em alllllllllllllllllllllllllll of course, the Kaws and Cartoon's are top of the list, but getting them will be insane!
So fucking bummed right now....there are SOOO many Simpsons Vans on ebay. Shitty fucking flippers, I just wanted one pair.
I'd take any size if you have a source. Just want the things to look at, which I guess is pretty lame but it's kaws so I cant help it.
I got the email from bodega in Boston the other day...call them and see if they do mail order....worth a shot but there are tons of sneaker collectors here.
Everywhere sold out as far as I know. If you are a sneaker collector you'll know that it was impossible they wouldn't - 100 pairs of each is RIDCULOUSLY limited - I've seen people line up for for 5+ days for Stash AF1's that thousannds were made of - obviously teh Nike fanbase is more fanatical, but this release was insane. Yesterday I spoke at length about this project with one of the guys who got teh artist together for the project - he agreed this was ridiculous numbers. I also heard even teh artists didn't get a run - how crazy is that! Kids here were camped out overnight at SUpreme and Fred Segals. I had read that each shoe was $100 a pair - Fred Segals were charging $200 + tax!!! The Kaws shoes did not even make it to teh shelves in LA, as they had 12 pairs in each design available at each store. Cartoon was impossible here as well, and Neckface. lol...if you've read this far... here's some info you might want I got the last 3 pairs form Fred Segal - that was $650 in shoes! One pair are in my size ( 8 ), two pairs are 11 - one of which is a gift for a cool friend of mine who I will see at COmicon - the third pair I offered to someone here not knowing their size, with teh fall back of maybe putting on ebay to help offset teh stupid cost before Comicon. Looking at the interest here - I'll forego that option and offer them up here at cost ($216). The extra pair I have are teh Sam Messer slip-ons.
I think it's rad you are offering them here first. They are going for so much on ebay. I'm only interested in the Kaws ones so thank you anyway! Good luck.
