Wow, this took a surprising turn. He seemed like a stand-up guy, if not a little bit manic at times. If he ripped people off, there's no excuse for that though.

that dude always snagged all the FS section SB items i wanted right before i did, so good riddance!

 

I have read this thread. Who and what is eLoco accused of ripping off?
I don't see any direct accusations, just alot of mystery. If he is accused of doing something wrong, post it or shut up. If he did nothing wrong, then people should not bad mouth him.

 

To my knowledge, I don't believe anyone on the board was affected.
Let's just say, his collection wasn't paid for by him.
And we'll leave it at that.

I got a PM with the situation.

Since he cannot post in response, this thread should go away unless some board member was directly affected.

Just make sure that any payments received from him were from accounts in his name, otherwise void/reverse your transactions.

Super 7 cancelled his account because it was their dealings with him that brought up inconsistencies/questions about him.

the only thing i didn't get is the 'he didn't pay for it bit'. either post the full story or shut the fuck up/delete the thread, none of this breadcrumb business.

 

Since the store was involved, I am gathering that perhaps some of his charges were disputed by the rightful owners of said CCs? I agree though. Either tell the whole story or don't mention it at all. The 'I've got a secret!' routine is tiresome.

 

It's less "I've got a secret!" and more, "the store knows the full story, and all the rest of us just know 2nd hand but want people to be wary". If you're that concerned, be proactive and e-mail the store instead of telling people to "shut the fuck up" in a thread.

i agree. it's an interesting thread. i actually prefer pieced together stories rather than full ones. it's like watching Memento...

 

I can't say much but eLoco was using another persons CC to buy stuff, his paypal account was funded by the same cc. So it looks like he was not on the level. There is pending legal action so the Super7 staff isn't going to say anything more about this situation. If he owes you money please send me an email and I will see what I can do.

 

so anyonne who sold him toys and was paid by his paypal is potentially not only out of luck on the toys they mailed but now has to orry about a chargeback too?.......shit
