long island iced teas are the bomb-dot-com. that's all I get when I hit the bars--which is hardly ever, but still... orange juice and vodka at home. rum and vanilla coke around the holidays--I don't see v.coke so much so lately it's been eggnog.
I am glad I am in the company of microbrew beer drinkers and coffee hounds Now if we can find a decent bar that sells decent beer in SD for the Comic Con next year
many bars in SD serve Deschutes and New Belgium. Plus, the Stone Brewery is in northern SD.. home of Stone IPA, Ruination IPA, and Arrogant Bastard Ale
Amen to that. I love STONE IPAs. One, if not, the best. The IPA and Ruination get sold out frequently up at the bevmo by my house in sj.
PBR out of the bottle is actually really good. That last 10% of it is still pretty gross though and you can still feel the hangover coming on by the fifth one.
I've been drinking a lot of cider lately. It's a little wimpier than beer but I love the apple taste.
7-11's regular coffee for sober times margeritas for good times, I think they are the perfect drink for Florida, it's too damn hot here...
Some of my favorites are Jade brand absinthes, even if they are green and French . I think they are all pretty good. Liqueurs de France should be restocked in time for the holidays, I hope.
don't drink all that much anymore, but if we're out with friends i usually have stoli orange and tonic, or white whine (preferably chardonnay). i also like a glass of merlot if i'm having a bloody steak. most of the time i drink water, diet coke, or tea. oh and coffee...without it i'm living in headache city in the morning. hey andy, I have never heard of Builder's brew before, but i do that sometimes myself.
Gin & Tonic - any shitty gin will do. no sapphire, too smooth. Bell's Oberon and Stella for beer Iced Tea and Iced Americano
