Picked this up yesterday at a toy show. She is a vinyl doll with Rooted hair. I don't know. But it fits right into your collection. Just don't show it to my daughters or the question you would be asking is..."Where did it go?"
White lipstick and a Carnaby St. style hat with huge whalebone on the semi-military coat, sure it's not late sixties? I think I just had a flashback.
