I googled the lyrics and it came up with Screaming lord Sutch, I have no idea why I have never heard of him before, it's so good.

 

Screaming Lord Sutch? I haven't heard that name in years! He was once, I think elected, or very nearly elected as an MP in the UK. He had his own politcal party - The Monster Raving Loony Party, and he wore a lot of Top Hats. A great British eccentric.

 

It sounds like he hung himself a few years ago.
