I agree 100%. I just have such an interest in this sort of photography but i know shit all about photoshop and i've begun learning how to properly take shots with a SLR. I was thinking of taking a course and getting some books but i'd love to see how these photos were done. That's how i get into something. I learn a few workflows from other people to play around with and get my feet wet then learn the rest on my own.
Wow most pics give me inspiration, yours want to make me quit! Its great to see interesting toy photos.I did my first desaurated pic the other day by coincidence. Go have alook at my humble beginners blog.(see below) And thanks for your pics. I love the agaric mushroom shot!
Those last two photos of Squirm remind me of the famous 1940s Nessie photo (which was outed as a hoax?). Really creative stuff. This makes me want to go home and shoot some photos. Too bad I have many more hours at work.
All I can say - wow - you have an incredible eye and perspective - great choice of figure with the choosen environment
Thank you everybody for your positives comments ahah I will try to make one in this way ... another pics of the black marauder squirm ...
Nuts, what hasn't been said before? Great stuff, my favs are the astro boy and ghost ripping his head off. The Squirms are also really cool too.
I have a small problem with Ikageruge. This toy really does not hold well upright. Are all the versions like that or it is a defect on mine?
tan-ki, dont worry about the Ikageruge. Most of the Rainbow figures have a hard time standing. And your photography, it is amazing and inspiring to say the least. I would love also to know what you are using to get these effects. Keep posting!
