Hi. My name is Amber. I am leaving this post to let everyone know that Brain passed away last Sunday. I though it would be fitting to let everyone know, because you were probably the last people he talked to. His toys were such a big part of his life. Some people didnt understand that but it was truly his passion. If anyone wants to sign his guest book it would be greatly appriciated. Here is the link... http://www.legacy.com/fortwayne/DeathNo ... =103231736 Also, if anyone has any idea i would like to get something together to send to his family. If anyone wants to contact me for his family's adress or any other reason my email is: Woenker@gmail.com Thank You. Amber Woenker.
I'm very sorry to learn about Brian's passing. He was sharing his enthusiasm for toys (e.g. the most recent GID Steven the Bat) just a couple of weeks ago here. He was a very friendly community member and will be remembered fondly for his good natured personality, community participation and his love of this pursuit. May he rest in peace.
damn....he just posted some of his collection a week ago Nothing hurts more than the loss of a loved one. rip.
Wow, bummer! I never met Brian except through emails and working on a couple trades in the past. He seemed pretty stand up and obviously siked on collecting. He was the first person to mention the two words, REAL and HEAD together to me... so i guess he introduced me to the coolest japanese figures in the world! Not to mention he was the first person I ever had an internet conversation about Secretbase with! Thanks VGA! You will be missed greatly on this board!
My God. I really don't know what to say. Besides sharing a passion for glowing things, he and I had traded PM's, and he was an incredibly sweet guy. I never met him in person, but he'll certainly be missed around here. RIP, man.
Wow.... That's a big loss to the community and your family. Our hearts and prayers are with you all in this time of loss. Brian was a big part of the forums here and will be missed.
That is so terrible. Brian was a really nice guy, I was always happy to hear from him when he'd send me a message all excited about a new toy (usually Dehara), I'll miss him for sure. RIP Brian.
Frankly I don't know what to say. I'm shocked. I didn't have a lot of contact with Brian, but he seemed like a great guy, and was definitely a key contributor to this community. My condolences to his family and friends.
this is very sad news, brian's prensence and enthusiasm will be greatly missed. our thoughts are with his family and friends.
jeez what happened? so young i didn't know brian, but this is shocking and sad news i wish the best to his friends and family
woah. Being around since the beginnings of skullbrain and before it on the KR board, VGA was such a valued contributer. This may sound petty, but he's the first one who introduced me to Dehara, years ago. I remember how devoted he was to collecting. I never actually met the guy, but I respected his thoughts and opinions here in the community. Sorry to hear about this loss. My condolences to his family.
I am so sorry for your loss. I had a few transactions with him, and he was a great guy. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you. He will be missed.
