It might not be if you haven't opened it, but whatever.
The unpainted part is on the side of the cannon/rocket launcher.
You can pick it up with the handle. (That's dry).
I had THREE out of four broken flaps.
Luckily, my ankles appear to be fine.

^ If you can't sell it on as "still in it's original shipping container" then def open it up & dry it out man. You can do that without touching it. A fan might help, but beware of dust. It's really humid here atm, which is not helping me at all. I've heard people elsewhere say 3 or 4 ...
