 Marmit Bagun
I haven't seen many of these around but I love this Marmit version Bagun. The sculpt is just beautiful and highly detailed. Compared to the SK Bagun it's just a cleaner more defined sculpt imo. Really hefty piece as well and I'm looking forward to comparing it to the Target Earth Bagun. I'd love to hear others thoughts on this guy.

 Re: Marmit Bagun
I think both are pretty spectacular. Bagun reminds me of Zagoran's winged/horned crazy cousin. I like both versions but only own a SK one. Speaking of Marmit has anyone got there new brown version of the bagun yet? I really liked that color.

 Re: Marmit Bagun
Below is a pic of one of the illustrations in the Toshiya Nakaoka book. It shows more of the detail that Marmit captured. I haven't seen the brown version Marmit released, I'm guessing closer to the cover version of the book?....

 Re: Marmit Bagun
this marmit release does really look great! it's bulky, yet balanced. the detail rules too. one of the reasons marmit is still on of the tops in kaiju!

 Re: Marmit Bagun
One of these was up for sale in the B/S/T a while back and I just didn't have the money. I thought it looked awesome back then, but your photos show details I didn't even know it had. Amazing! I saw a photo of the Shikaruna version standing next to this Marmit version and the difference is striking. The SK version is decidedly more stylized and cute/cartoony. Both have appeal, though. If I had the money and the opportunity to get the Marmit, Shikaruna and Target Earth versions, I would. They'd look great displayed together, I think.

That guy is truly a beast. The detail in the sculpt is amazing. There's so much texture to it that it's insane.

 Re: Marmit Bagun
The only downside that I see on this figure is its long tail and those expansive wings. Display space is at a premium at my house, and I get the idea that this Bagun would take up a lot of it.

 Re: Marmit Bagun
This is one of my favorite releases of the year. Such an awesome sculpt, Marmit has really been kicking ass. The brown version should be dropping soon and I wouldn't be surprised if we see a festival exclusive sometime next year.

 Re: Marmit Bagun
I love the Marmit Bagun. He's huge---I have to twist his tail down and stick it through the space between the wall and the shelf to display him.

When I first saw this thread, I went checking every online shop I could think of to find one, then I just googled Marmit bagun and tainted visons was the 2nd or 3rd link.

 Re: Marmit Bagun
Great score! You'll like him even more in hand. Here's the Brown version that according to Marmit's site was scheduled to ship December 2008.
