Is that an original Mignola?!

Yeah the early Charles Burns screen prints are pretty tough to get. Luckily I got the Burroughs a long time ago right from the fellas that printed it, the Hilvitz brothers that were also known for printing early underground comix.
I got even luckier when I came across an obscure mail order joint in NYC that had a ton of underground stuff about 10-12 years ago and they had an incredible and huge screen print of the "Skin Deep" cover art. If I can dig that up I'll take a pic. I love screen prints but an original Burns piece would be outstanding.

check these out and drool...

an original burns piece would be outstanding, and equally expensive i bet. same with a mignola.
this mignola piece is actually somewhere between an original and a print. it's not the actual piece of art, but it's a little more than your basic print. it was one of a few different artist proofs used in selecting a cover art piece for a hardcover edition of hellboy. i'm not sure if this is the art that was used for the book or not though. it's printed on clear plastic. the signature matted below is an o.g. signature though. bought both of these pieces at a charity auction a few years back at the chicago comic con, and kevin smith was the auctioneer. if all auctioneer's were as randomly funny at the job as smith was, i'd be heading to the fairgrounds across from my house to auctions more often....

They are wood cut-outs done by Coop. He cut the shapes out of a 2 inch thick piece of wood and then painted in the designs. He did a series of around 15 of these, all different, back in 96. They are huge. The Devilgirl is about 5 1/2 tall from tip of toe to tip of head. Spacegirl is about 6 feet long and about 4 feet tall. Hope you enjoy them.

In 2007 I scored a print of my favorite record cover of all time by Micronauts artist Ken Kelley. This was due to the article on him in S7, such a great issue.
