Its actually not green vinyl. I initially thought it was clear light blue with glitter...but its actually just clear uncolored vinyl, with glitter. The factory where these are pulled mixed different ammounts of glitter in certain batches to RxH's request, and the effect is supercool. The proximity of the glitter, depending on the amount added, lends a certain hue. Cool stuff.
