I'm really happy to see boardies getting some awesome MVH love from the FOE show, but it's pretty disappointing that they allowed more than one figure per person. Some of us got nothing, and others got 2 or more figures.

yea it's alittle strange that they did more than one per person online. But at the show it was 2 customs and 1 show exclusive per turn, not that it makes any difference, just sayin...

the sculpts, while amazing, dont fit with my collection so I dont own any mvh stuff...but damn, I love seeing these pictures.

Not that it matters but I think that if you were on the ball with the release you were almost guaranteed at least one figure. I took over 10 minutes to send my email (deciding what I wanted, then accidentally sending it to the wrong email) but I still got my top two choices despite being slow.

I think you happened to get lucky. Take this scenario - Someone put 6 items on their list, but 3 people before them each got 2 figures, and by the time his email was read, all 6 of his figures were gone. If those 3 people had been limited to 1 figure each, then he would have gotten one of the figures he wanted and 2 other people would also have been able to get something.

Hmmmm...well I was on the ball and had sent my email within minutes and never heard anything. At any rate, the figures Rich did are superb and I'm glad that members here are picking them up and enjoying them.

I understand your logic and it's perfectly valid. I would say to counter just add more to your list (most of his was superb anyways so getting a figure in your 8th spot for example would have still constituted as a great score). I do think that if they were going to set a 2 figure limit that it should have been for different sculpts and set a 1 per sculpt rule. Regardless many board members scored and there's always next time. I for one am happy to score, seeing as i've lost every MVH lotto i've entered..

This is the way I look at it. I've won a lottery, lost a bunch. Scored from a show, etc. There will always be a next time.

I think I was first to send an email to FOE, I got my top 2 picks of what was available. I did however send a list of 9 items I'd like to purchase in case any sold...

Those that were able to manage 3+ had a mule at the show and then lucky via mail... In reality you can't be mad that someone sent a email out faster can you? We should be so lucky that toys made it to online purchase... PK at TAG was sold out of mocks,Sally's, bosses before the 30th person walked in the door, and that was 2 items per customer (not counting minis)

I'm not really mad at all, just wish there had been a limit of 1. Could have potentially gotten toys into the hands of twice as many people.

My FOE show Sludge Demon arrived this week, figured I'd do a family shot! So mad I missed that unpainted white six eyed release. Here's hoping for more unpainted in my future!
