thanks everyone! I know the easy part is pretty much over....these last nine figures i need are gonna be really tuff to track down so, maybe with a little help from you, I'll eventually be successful. I got four of these dokugans in one week this past week (the two blues, and both toxic and clear pink, nice combo, don't you think?) and i realize it could be 4 years before i find another 4 but i am dedicated to this mission and will do whatever to achieve the goal. Keep your eyes peeled for me, let me know if you see one and i will do the same for you. Thanks so much especially to all of you who have helped my little collection grow to the stage it is at now! I certainly could not have done it without the help i have gotten from the skullbrains of this board!!

oh, and hey, bottled, no, it doesn't glow, it's just on a very light grey base, which kind of gives it the look of a GID. The only glows are the two at the top.

I hope you can complete the collection someday. I would even be willing to help out, but you already have the ones I do. Truly beautiful toys & display. Keep up the good work playdoh.

Playdoh and I are running pretty much neck-and-neck with these (though there may well be others here who top us both - Khanate? Eldo? Others?). He has the Frozen (blue/purple GID) and the clear-pink that I still need, I have the yellow-unpaint and CandyCorn he still needs, but we think that otherwise our (production) Dokugan collections match exactly. (I've somehow misplaced my Atomize, but I still have hope that it'll turn up one day. One way to be sure it does would be to buy a replacement, of course - then I'd prolly trip over it the very next day.)

(Anyone who would part with either a Frozen or clear-pink for me, or a yellow-unpaint or CandyCorn for playdoh, could be sure they'd definitely find happy homes!)

I just this week managed to find both the Mandarake Blues, so I can at least keep Playdoh's collection in sight, but I am not gonna be one bit surprised if he pulls away in the stretch. If a Gold, Chrome or a (Non-Chinese) New Year's shows up at auction one day, we may have to resort to a cage match.

I'm amazed that the BlueBlood was an edition of only 15, I like it better than the Hydrous (from the pics at least), and that makes me glad I nabbed it now, before it becomes virtually impossible. Does anyone know (even unofficially) the run sizes for any of the others? (Does Blobpus release edition-size info? I can't remember.) Someone told me that all of the Dokus are editions of 50 or fewer, but it was not a reliable source. (I hope SB's upcoming online Every-Kaiju-Ology will include run size info where it's available.)

anybody have a clue as to how many kaijin dokugans have been released thus far? i only have 4 but i already know that there are at least 5 or 6 more than that.

well, i know you can add a clear pink to that list becasue i saw it go by on yahoo japan and then let the ball slip at 5am when i was doing something stupid called sleep. haven't seen another
