man that is FUCKED UP!!!!!!! two of my prints got all fucked up because they had them shoved in the bottom of my box and they were all bent up in the corner!!!!!! sounds like they got some problems with shipping!!!!!!!!

u guys should let them know how upset you are. even if they can't be replaced, people will continue to get fucked up print matter if GR doesn't know that the print matter is showing up all wrecked

yeah I called tonight too and they are sending me new prints!!!!!! Also they said that the people at the SF store are the ones that sent out the prints and that they have had problems with this before and they are getting new management for that store as we speak!!!!!!!!! I am happy with the outcome. I would have been real pissed if my clay figures or my Ishida painting would have been fucked up!!!!!!!
