I received these two today. The "prototype" Maverasu is the first Cronic figure ever made. (It's the only example of this piece that I've seen.) The Zyurai Asu came packaged with a Chicken Fever. It's also the only example of the piece that I've seen.

Comparsion shot of the Mav with the first painted Mav (which is still my favorite):

Close ups of the Zyurai. It has a really nice "camo" color design, with a great play off of opaque and clear colors.

The figure came with two beauty pageant sashes which, naturally, complement the camo design very nicely:

Here's a comparison shot of three clear Amber Zyurais. Left to right: Clear Amber Zyurai (prototype version - first Zyurai Asu release); Painted Amber; 2006 TTF release:

I didn't get them off Mandarake. Bought them from a US seller.

I think Mandarake may have had a Chicken Fever set for sale a couple of years ago.

That was the one, with the blue and green chicken fever.

Do the sashes not stay on properly unless you hold them? Do you know what they say?

Yep with the Fever.

The sashes say "Zyurai Asu".

I think they're stickers, but I didn't want to muck with trying to pull them apart. ^_^

Congrats on winning the proto Mav. I'm glad I didn't bid on it, knowing now where it went!
