It's a local sushi restraunt called, Fusion, and yeah they have a ton of stuff. They work a lot like chipotle, where you get to pick exactly what you want in and on your roll, and then they have a shit ton of sides to choose from after that! So far I think they're only in the Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio area but I can see it getting huge, it's so good!

What a glorious artery clogger on a plate. As much as I normally prefer 'classic' or don't like to overdo things, I have to say I could be convinced to share that with you. Seems like you already have the perfect company though, so I guess I am not needed. Ballard and malt vinegar are, of course, excellent accompaniments. Wait.... is that... a.... beer? Tsk, tsk David. I mean, I happily welcome you to the fold.
