 Pop Yokai
I usually keep the Dehara clay sculptures in their plastic boxes, but due to an unfortunate shipping accident, I had take "Mrs. SERIZAWA" out for a minor repair. Anyways, I decided to snap a pic before she goes back in her box.

That head protrusion looks terribly fragile... that'd be my first guess for a repair. Wherever it may be, I can't see it! Beautiful fig.

it was the knife that broke off from the head. Luckily it was a perfect break so you can't even tell.

the dehara show at GR gave me a new appreciation for these things. pics are cool, but being able to see these things in the flesh in all their fucked up goofiness is incomparable

I just can't get into dehara's stuff too much..it's cool I guess... it's just like what my friends made in high school art class..dunno I can't see me buying these things ever
