Super good in fact. As is the Kong. Both are grail-worthy in the land of Buta toys. What a lovely battle scene of the two kings, David. Makes we want to see a film of Toho monsters made with Buta toys.

I hope the Buta line holds more TOHO greatness in the future. Those shots above are fantastic.

Honestly, the Toho duo, then rubbing it in my face with those Gundam fellas (!), and now this lovely duo. You sure now how to share some proper toy beauties, D.

Ah, the eager anticipation. I can well imagine their anxiety for uniting with their cousins. Two superb toys, and to be expanding the family further is really something. I might begrudge you for being greedy and 'doubling' up, when so few are out there, if it weren't for the fact that these two are just so amazing. Nice photos good buddy! Looking forward to the party I am sure is to come.

You're too kind, Steve... as ever. It's been quite fun bringing these old friends and new recruits out for little field trips. An ailing camera had kept me from my usual pace of compulsive posting, but then a good friend here set me up with his spare snapper; I've been making up for lost time ever since!

Not that anyone cares but yes I'm chest deep in fucking lab reports (hence what is underneath these awesome toys) And despite losing a few toys I still had trouble finding space for these new guys (but did!). Glad I changed my mind of Dustman, he's definitely a stand out toy, even in zombie mode!

Oh and one more thing, while they definitely aren't as solid vinyl wise as older Butanohana, they feel slightly less squishy that the last batch of new Buta I received (about a year ago- first Zarab Postman lot).

Great to see those new arrivals Lixx! I can't think of a batch of toys more suited to coax you out of pseudo-retirement. I love the new batch of Butas, every one of them, and am glad to see some first signs of them arriving in SBers hands. As for the lab reports, well I know personally how painful that can be at times, but I am sure it helps to have these vinyl lab assistants to help you along the path.

That OG Zarab Postman just glows (well not literally but speaking of how cool would it be in Butanohana finally released another glow toy?) with his white/mustard/racing green color scheme. Great to see the one I've seen in pics posted from the original show come to life.

Pink Postman is sort of blocked by Ikarus Postman on my shelf. I think I'm going to have to research 'bleacher tier riser' as I have 4 or 5 toys too hidden for my taste.
