Just hanging out on a Saturday afternoon, munching on some leftover green olive and extra cheese pizza, windows open 'cause it's straight gorgey outside, standing in awe of my beautiful toy shelves.
It's funny, I've learned to just trust myself more when it comes to collecting, if that even makes sense. I originally bought this toy thinking 'damn, that's sweet looking!' even though at the time, I was actively trying to purge my collection of toys that shared its two main attributes -- Dark colors and clear vinyl.
I tired to trade it for a long time, several months, even going back and forth with someone, though we never got it moving. I'm mega thankful for that. I love this toy.

^ You had me at green olive pizza.

Exactly Jason, I know I remarked on this before but that is one thing I have always really respected about your collection (i.e. you). You buy stuff that you love, following your own trends, and it all comes together in this wonderful variety of colour and subjects. Your shelves are some of the most diverse and fun of any on the board. This guy is no exception, but I am continually happy to see someone who just plain enjoys what they have. So thumbs way up on that, and toys in general.
And yes on the olive pizza. Always yes.

Just feeling horny

My girl picked out her favorite toys of mine, and I put them together for this picture. Taking this was a bit of a pain, and I had to bring it into Photoshop to extend the backdrop, but the end result was worth it -- I'm really happy with how this came out.
Just a couple of cuties... I saw these two glum goobers standing next to each other on my shelf and thought they made a great couple.

^^^ So good! A beautiful bouquet! And those two glum goobers need to report to the pairing thread immediately

^ RISK Bambi is adorable!!! I bet your girl loves him, Jason!

^^^ Oh boy! Girlfriend grouping is so much fun. Playing off seemingly disperate elements in the toy kingdom is right up my alley. Thanks to both of you.

Great photos Jason. I have to agree with Connell, I love how all the randomness has a distinct order and connection with your GF's picks. And I just adore the 'grumpy' couple. (I think that Longneck fella is me most days, and I am just with with it
)

That's very nice of you, thanks a lot!
I have thought of maybe making some sort of collage/grid poster type thing once I amass a bunch more, but never a book!
My entire setup is natural sunlight, construction paper, and my iPhone.

I very much agree with this statement. A print book would be so awesome, Jason. Tear away pages to frame and hang! I actually had a couple friends make me a mini book of my photos 'cause they hoped it would inspire me to make my own book, which I can't bring myself to do. I'd say a calendar would be really cool, too, but I'd end up being one of those people that's got a super not current calendar still hanging!
