That's Booska, the main character from an old live-action Japanese sitcom air back in '66.

I have no idea, zomboid. I got him off ebay awhile back and the description was'nt clear. He's really cool though...there's a string you can pull on the back of his head that makes his teeth come down and his eyes change...to make him look angry.
