wow, how long has that been collecting in there? I had a moisture trap like that but it busted when I tried to empty it. I ended up buying an inline moisture trap from iwata and haven't had any problems with it.

all my traps have a screw under them to loosen and drain. Doesnt look that yours does... still got your manual for it?

Yes ,unscrew and dump. Make sure the compressor is off and the line is not pressurized..
