 The Golden Boy(s) #2
So I had the priviledge of doing up a custom Ghostfighter for the Daddy of the GF himself, Brian Flynn.
Rather than use strictly gold leaf like the skullwing that I did up a while ago, this design used 23k gold, 18k gold and copper.

Nice work - love the variation in the color overall with the layering effect!

I also love the variation.
The solid gold look gives it a sense of weight.

Thanks! Glad you all seem to like it.
Although I liked the end result of the skullwing, I think I prefer this because it is truly a one off and could never be done exactly the same way.
Now I think I want to do one up and let it oxidize for a while and see what happens.

This is beautiful! Love the "mix metal" look. I think the oxidization will only improve its "reality", if you will.
Very awesome piece!
Is this the king of Ghost Fighters? Maybe he should have little crowns?
...or a pimp chalice? ^_^

I would definitely buy one Plolver! I really like the two tone over the all gold skull brain.<which is still cool!>
Keep up the experiments!

Thanks guys!
Next up are the oxidation trials. Still uncertain as to which figure I want to do. I've been really busy building myself a wall mounted frame to hold the collection. Will post pics once its done.
Thanks again.
