Post Skull Commander!
So i've been working on a toy, thought i would give you guys a little preview of the work that is going on right now, see what you all thought. i'm pretty excited about it as it is my first attempt at toy making.

The skull commander is gonna be completely handmade, standard fight figure size with an articulated head and arms. Here is a few sketches and some of the shots of the clay guy we have been working on! let me know what you think!

Neat! Will the helmet be removable? Standard fight figure size, that's allot of resin or will you do it in vinyl?

Post Re: Skull Commander!
The helmet will not be removable on this release, we have talked about doing one that is somewhere down the road.
We are building a rotocast machine right now and planning on using rotoplastic. If this figure turns out well and there is a decent response we hope to switch to vinyl. Along with the figure we are working on making silk screened capes for him to match the color ways planned. But as i said before the entire thing will be handmade in house so it should be a pretty interesting project. I'll definitely keep you guys posted.

also if anyone is interested i started a blog that will be updated with progress...
