Hey thats a sweet one, I think that was the second release, first painted version I think. I've missed out on it a few times, it always pops up right after I make some other purchase.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot about these guys- a trio of Zombies!
thanks for looking. pm me if anything interests you, or if you'd like to have me paint for you!

Love the puss-print gloves and belt on the Zombeard!

horns and stitches are awesome!

Whoa, is Stevie a custom or lottery piece? If lottery, that's AWESOME! I'm not a huge fan of the Skull Rex suit (other than Kirkland's), but this one - if official - I sure wouldn't mind owning.

Oh no, everything on this thread is custom painted by me. I figured since Toybot did Jimi, and I repainted his, it should be Stevie (as in Stevie Ray Vaughan).
I wish it were a real release, I would love to get to work with someone on a "real" sofubi release.
Glad you like it though, someone has expressed interest in it, but we'll see how it goes.
take care,
phil

D'oh! I guess I should have realized what section this thread is in! Regardless, it looks great! I just don't do customs. Now, if you could talk Exo into letting you do an official run...

Hi everybody, I've been working on some commissioned pieces. LMK what you think:
Drag and Zag:
Wounded Brain:
Mongolion:
Govurom:
Thanks for looking! The Zag, Drag and Brain are commissions, but the Mongolion or Govurom are available if you are so interested... drop me a line.
take care,
Phil

I agree the Mongolion is a beautiful custom!
And I am loving the Dragamel too despite the fact I am not a big fan of that particular toy.

Thanks Rich. It's always nice to get a good response from a heavy hitter as yourself. And thanks everybody for the nice words. I like the DB with the stump too, but I can't take credit for the mash up- the person I painted it for had the idea... but when he mentioned it I jumped at the chance to paint it.
As for the Dragamel- I never gave it much thought until I had this one in hand and I really like it- I have to track down one for myself now.

Awesome, man. I like the little specks in there. Just enough to break things up but not enough to overpower the whole thing. Excellent!

Great M1 Matango custom, Phil!
Reminds me a bit of my PK Marmit Matango--maybe they're long lost cousins?
