I painted a revised Gigantor-colored Bigaro for a friend and tried out some new tricks to get a much shinier and more metallic finish, giving it a classic gokin-ey feel. I was so stoked with how it came out that I used the leftover paint on a figure for myself, and the wonderful M1GO mini U-tom was what I had at hand. I usually prefer matte finish figures with some shading and tight detail sprays, but there's something captivating about the wet-car shine and colors on these two... Let me know what you guys think! I got all excited, so there's a couple of small paint drip flaws from the silver coat on the U-tom...

Bigaro really IS shiny (I think this was the name of an old thread). I can almost make out your reflection in the first photo. Crazy.

Which has the same shading that I was proud of, but I didn't use enough sealer and now it's all chipped up around the arms.
