 The Snot Beast bigger meaner nastier, going vinyl Those who have followed me from my very humble beginnings in the "toy scene" would remember the Snot Beast as my first foray into resin toys. Being as such it is a character that has continued to "evolve" as my skills have grown. More so recently I have put some serious thought into making a vinyl toy of my own, so naturally I chose Snot. Only different this time, really pulling from my inspiration and my horror effects roots. Just started blocking out and roughing in details, he will be quite the grotesque, Madball insanity induced beast. More craters,wrinkles,slime,veins,and even more pissed off than usual.  and for those who are not familiar with the Snot Beast I suggest scrolling through my Flickr from page 12 and watch my beasts development. http://www.flickr.com/photos/papagrim/page12/

Seeing the growth of so many artists breaking into the toy market over the last few years has been incredibly fun! I will have a new WIP shot tomorrow if I can get enough time to work on em' it is a blast working on this. Something I have been waiting to do for about a year now.

Re: The Snot Beast bigger meaner nastier, going vinyl Here's my plan at this point: GID unpainted, Flesh unpainted, he stands just a hair under 5inches and is about 6inches from shoulder to shoulder, 2 points of articulation,jointed at the waist just to have a "pour hole". Just a rough estimate with the general quote I have, looks like they'll be $65ea (price isn't solid until I can get a final price from them) Once I finish the sculpt (which wont be long now mostly texture stuff) I'll make an "official thread" This beast will be a shelf hog I'll get some size comp shots tonight.
