Materials question for Japan-based people.
So I'm about to start down the road of my first little sculpt... As a complete beginner I'd like to ask which domestic sculpture material people recommend? For example, whats the best of the stuff that would be freely available in Hands or Loft?

You can get Super Sculpey easy enough in Japan. If you have an oven to bake it in I'd start there. A lot of the japanese sculpters use paper clays like Fando, but I found it doesn't suit me as well as the oven bake stuff.
