 Materials question for Japan-based people. So I'm about to start down the road of my first little sculpt...
As a complete beginner I'd like to ask which domestic sculpture material people recommend?
For example, whats the best of the stuff that would be freely available in Hands or Loft?

Re: Materials question for Japan-based people. You can get Super Sculpey easy enough in Japan. If you have an oven to bake it in I'd start there. A lot of the japanese sculpters use paper clays like Fando, but I found it doesn't suit me as well as the oven bake stuff.
