I really like the iris, the splatters are a bit offputting though.

nice clean lines, nice iris etc. Then it looks like you got bored halfway through, had too much paint left and decided to add splatter. Looks like from your recent customs its a new technique you've learned and want to add it to everything.

I don't think you get picked on, I think you just get your feelings hurt over any comment that isn't super positive.
You spend a lot of time on the board and the second someone makes a comment you are quick to add to it.
Just sit back and relax. You don't need to fight over everything that is said.
My comments on this one wouldn't be nice so I'm not going to make them, but that has more to do with the sculpt than anything else so please RELAX!!
