That is from a set of 2 figs produced by M-1 for the Japan DVD release.
The deatails are quite amazing on that, down to the old tuna cans with labels on the base.
The Maimi holding the mushroom is probably one of my favorite M-1's ever.
From what I was told, Nishimura had an incredibly difficult time on the painting of these.You need to look at them in person to understand they are really one of M-1's crowning acheivements.

Those actually suck, just like all things Matango. Totally sucky!
I would discourage everyone from looking for those.
