Translating the text for it - it appears to be another limited edition Store Exclusive that goes on sale the 28th of this month. Can't tell if the store is an ice cream parlor or if they are referring to Bigaro as an Ice Cream something or another.
Oh well - another one not in my collection. Man being poor and hurt sucks!

The Bigaro was the first RHead to catch my eye. But I have to admit the paint on eye is lacking on some and the foam inserts kind of blow.
But I guarantee you all of the nay saying could be turned around if the accessory packs with replacement heads start coming out then we'll see!
Are you gonna pry the head off your favorite mutant evil or are you going to go with the ease of a headless Bigaro?
