 The curse is over?
I've had a Bemon curse.
It started with the green glitter clear bemon falling off a post office trcuk, ending up under a car, and being held for ransome, or so we thought...turned out to be a good samaritan who returned it weeks later
Next up, my one and only painted bemon got lost when mailed in October...but finally turned up last month... so stoked...but wouldn't you know it, I ended up with two identical Bemons the same month as I had forgotten exactly what the nearly 5 months lost one looked like when I had a chance at a second one...still amazing though...see if u agree...

Great pictures Carl, but I still don't get the Bemon love (lucky for me, lucky for my CC).
Not hatin' just curious . . . what do you see in 'em? Is there some cool background history that gives so many collectors the raging horn?

I wish I had a Bemon, but I don't. I've never been able to get one I liked without losing my balls. Anyway, onto what I like.
I think it's similar to what a lot of us like about Hedorah: Big, ugly and nasty. It has a very vintage feel too, and it's so NOT smooth, so NOT pretty. It's the anti-Cute, yet still is kinda cute, look at that smile! There's personality there.
Also, as far as back story, he was supposed to be the original Smoguns buddy/enemy or something on an old header but just never got made until some genius went and made him. It's kinda more like a tribute to an idea that just never made it out.

you guys are delving into dangerous waters by asking these questions. The fact that you are even asking is a sign it may be too late I say just accept that the Bemon does nothing for you aesthetically and leave it at that.
