Seemed like a bit of a strange idea to me at first but really shaping up to be awesome!

Re: Christman Kaiju Show TAG
The typo in the title gave me a good giggle (dunanananana CHRISTMAN!!!) but looks like a solid show. Glad to see Gargamel in the mix, their Christmas camo pieces look great.

Re: Christmas Kaiju Show TAG
Can I use this thread to bellyache just a little. And I love TAG and work with them all the time. Just something in the listing style on the website has been bothering me, and became more apparent after the Feminamorph show.
It seems a lot of contributors are painting figures they didn't create, but the actual people or brand who made the toy aren't getting recognized. I'm sure a lot of people know who is responsible for the actual toy, but there are always those people who have no idea, and just look through the show listing and say shit, this Candie Bolton lady has made like 10 vinyl toys.
Personally, i feel like if you're painting someone elses toy, always give them credit.

Re: Christmas Kaiju Show TAG
I agree, and it's not like it's too much trouble to do so. I agree for (1) proper information's sake, (2) giving credit where credit is due, and (3) because by not doing so, it's like treating every piece as a platform toy. And whether someone recognizes what artists are associated with what pieces, there is another issue. By not including the proper artist(s) information per piece, an item search may exclude other items by the artist you're looking for, which is a BIG problem from a collecting perspective too. For instance, and continuing with the Candie Bolton example (even though I've seen it with your works too Joe), if you search TAG for, let's say - RealxHead or Siccaluna, neither of these two pieces of theirs painted by Candie will come up in the results : And like Joe said, it's not a one time thing. It definitely needs an overhaul, at least for those works that haven't sold.

Re: Christmas Kaiju Show TAG
I too love TAG but they're web experience definitely needs an overhaul for all the reasons listed above. But my biggest pet peeves are that there's no way to view all the items at once. Instead you have to got through 10+ pages of 20 items per page. And that they keep their sold out items incorporated with the available items when you search. I imagine these as well as the issues raised above are easy fixes.

Re: Christmas Kaiju Show TAG
I get a gallery is busy and has lots to list so info gets past over. But I looked at some of those customizers sites, and some aren't even giving credit to the actual maker on their end. It's almost like they are ok if someone mistakes the toy as being their original creation, and that isn't cool.
