It's soooo great - I remember seeing it somewhere, test shot or A.P.
Hope they do more slimy versions down the line.

def a proto(legit at that)but we(at least Josh and I) are stumped as to where it came from. There were only 2 of these and I know that both Joel and Brian have theirs. We're very confused and sketched out.

Obviously there was a "leak" at the factory level. I would say this is pretty common. For example for Transformers or action figures protos directly coming from the factory often show up on eBay.

You don't know what you're talking about, so please stop perpetrating a rumor like that. I don't think Kiyoka or Obitsu would appreciate it. Nobody knows where it came from, that's all we're saying.

oh snap! I'm PISSED! I know where that came from. When I was there in Japan for the LeMerde show at Thrashout, Kiyoka gave me some test pulls of the MongoLion as a gift. I then gifted this test pull to a certain Japanese collector because of some generous gifts given to me by them the day before. It wasn't a trade and I have witnesses to prove it. I never thought that collector would bring it to Mandarake. Some heads are going to roll! Great score Mark.

Wow, wow, wow...you should take it easy.
Obviously and fortunately this is not what happened concerning the way this Mongo ended on Mandarake shelves since you now have its origin thanks to Joel.
What I simply mentioned in my previous message and with no intention to cause trouble neither disrespect on my side is a common occurrence in the toy industry even if it is really unpleasant I agree.
It was useless & unjustified to be scornful against me.

That's one way of looking at it . . . alternatively, one could say you were speculating about an issue you know fuck all about with possible repercussions as regards goodwill to all parties involved . . . and yer French! :D

Yeah bloody French with their bloody far too long tongue, their pain in the @$$ freedom of speech and their wrong located sensitivity ;)

OK more seriously and once again, there was no speculation and no intention to create a mess or to show disrespect to the S7 company or to the people in charge of the production.

Indeed. In such case, no objection to have my post removed by the staff.
