If it was canada, it most likely would so I'm guessing. It was £18/$36 but the limit is being raised soon.

Ugh $36 is just as bad as canada. (I think they are in the 20's)
Glad your overlords are throwing you guys a bone and raising the limits. Would be pretty sweet to time it with the current exchange rates for you guys over there to take advantage of it and have some fun.
