yes, those water spots are intentional. Due to the nature of color correcting the pages accurately for printing, some of the additional texture and variation in the background that would have made it a bit more obvious was diminished some, but we made slight changes to make sure the color on the RxH figures was as accurate as possible.

I have a question -has anyone actually READ the mook yet? No one I have herad has spent the time with the articles in the back yet.

Maybe next year when my subscription actually shows up I can read the articles

Yes. I have read most of it yesterday.. I'm going to purchase one for my sister when it's released online at the super7store.

We have family in japan and her and her husband go there ever year. She doesn't collect vinyl but she saw and purchased the Super7 Tokyo Underground book and thought that the train station map was the clearest and most concise thing she had seen.

Yes to reading. Not all at once though. A few of the quotes, the Marusan and Bullmark chapter, and some of RxH. Great info that my slow brain needs to process.

Crap - I gotta go over to the old house to see if it's sitting on the porch! I hope that it wasn't returned to sender. Or worse - stolen or tossed!

It's on it's way ;)

Mine turned up today and it's unbuhbuhbulievable!!

Fantastic photography, great features (i've only flicked through at present so not had time to read anything in depth) and a general all around raising of the bar for toy books.

It will definitely get some heavy duty attention over the coming weeks.

I love that the cover is based on a vintage toy paint job. I'm already dreaming of the day when I have a whole shelf of mooks in different colors.
