SDCC seems great and I hope so...but I think they've had a few teasers from two years ago that still haven't been released yet. (The mecha-diamond head figure and the fett jumbo).

I would love one of the catalogs, but since they are free, I am guessing none will be left after Wondercon - even tasteless morons take free swag. Will they also be distributed with the figures?

Wow, the free catalog is a cool teaser for ALIEN ReAction Figures!

The ReAction catalog cover is an homage to the Kenner Board Game from 1979....which for whatever unknown reason featured a photo background with the 18" toy in the foreground....

I like the glasses with off-model artwork (as they would have been done back then). Ripley looks like Carrie Brownstein.

I can say this because I own it: that game is both awesome and terrible. Seriously, in the late 70s and early 80s where they were making boardgame tie-ins for every possible franchise, and I played a lot of them, this one is just ridiculous.

If theres any left on Sunday, ill try and grab some for you guys.

Well, better than 50$ I suppose, but that is a lot for an action figure. I would still like to know some more details with regards to the production (e.g. origin, numbers, availability, etc.). I am assuming China at this point, since even the Shogun Stormtroopers went that route, and these aren't soft vinyl. Twenty dollars plus 35$ shipping from Super7 for us lucky Canadians.....

I'm content with the price point. I thought they'd be more actually.

Considering most modern day 6" style figures are 17.99+, its actually very reasonable.

i'm sure they'll do very well considering the size of the potential market. myself included...

I'm content here, $100 for all of them isn't bad at all, if you think the price they would be now had they been made all those years ago. I'm going for a full set for sure.

I got some extra booklets from Wondercon today. First to PM gets one. All I ask is the shipping to be covered. Unless mailing in an envelope is ok.

We could group orders or wait till a shipping cost sensitive shop gets 'em.

What's the deal with the Big Chap's hands?

I thought they kept them like that to keep the feel of the other figures going. Also, I thought the alien walks around with its palms down in the movie.

I think he means it appears to have two right hands.
Makes 'em worth more on eBay!
